History: The story is relatively simple. Tsugaru grew up comfortably in his village. He was poised to be one the most powerful ninjas the village had produced. He was a careless obnoxious teenager. He compared himself to the Jounin of his village, instead of the Genin of his own rank. He felt he was better than them, in every way. Tsugaru had two friends growing up, Izuna and Arkay. They were his partners on his Genin team. He trusted them and fought mercilessly with them. Their genin team was the best, there was no competition. All three of the boys passed the Chuunin exam without a problem, but it was after the exams that Tsugarus life had started to fall apart. After the chuunin exams, his best friend Arkay had grown bored with life in the village. The two boys had been assigned to gate duty while Izuna was chosen for special missions with the jounins. They sat in flimsy wicker chairs on the porch of an old wooden building just outside the gates day in and day out. Looking for any form of excitement, they played chess, and other board games. One day Arkay failed to show up for guard duty. Tsugaru spent the day alone, guarding the gates, left with his thoughts and fears all day. He assumed Arkay had become ill and hadn't paid much attention to the absence of his friend. This went on for a week and Tsugaru had given up on his friend. He reported it to the Kages office and heard nothing of his friend for two years until Arkay returned. Arkay hadnt come to visit, he had come to kill. Arkay had lost his mind somewhere along the line. The boredom led to insanity as it had appeared. His attack was fought off and life moved on. Tsugaru had become depressed because of the sudden change. This subsided as he progressed through the ranks. Once he had become an ANBU, he had requested permission from the Kage to retire at the age of twenty. He was allowed to leave his village, and had made himself a home in the forest nearby. He never left his forest, he had began to study the elements around him. Taking an interest in foxes, he studied the art of the sages immensly. He had become the fox sage of the forest. That was what he was known as. He was constantly practicing his summoning skills and when Genins are occasionally sent into the forest for a mission of some sort they come back reporting a man riding on the head of a giant fox. Tsugaru spent his days training with his swords, and his foxes. He still resides in the forest, and he has mastered the elements of fire, wind, and earth.
If any student wishes to learn from the Fox Sage of the Forests, they must travel into the forest without any prior knowledge of where to seek, and find him by mastering the art of chakra sensing.

Tsugaru had taken several monks under his wing and had been training them for three years. One boy, Raijin, Reminded Tsugaru of his old friend Arkay, he feared this in his mind and wrote about it in his personal scrolls. Another boy, Ikari, reminded him of his love. His love Naomi, A woman who was not a shinobi, but Tsugaru loved her with all his heart. She was killed when Arkay had returned to the village and slaughtered 23 people. Naomi was among the first to die. Tsugaru also had a son, a small blond child who he named Akira, Akira is displayed in the portrait above, on Tsugaru's shoulder. When Naomi was struck by Arkay's blade, Kusanagi, Akira fell. The fleeing crowd trampled his son to death. Tsugaru kept his anger and sorrow inside, he did not cry at the funeral, nor after. He did not think of Naomi, locking her memory far back in his mind. But Ikari had a spark, an eagerness, a zeal for life, that resembled Naomi's love of life. This worked at Tsugaru, his mind slowly decaying. The encounter with Arkay's demon, Legion, had not helped matters. Legion had slipped a demon into Tsugarus mind and corrupted his thoughts, his anger turned to rage, instead of being mad at times, Tsugaru was enraged. Instead of being sad at times, Tsugaru was depressed. His emotions were exaggerated due to the demon, and this took a tole on Tsugaru. His fox summonings grew darker in color as the demon corrupted his mind even more. Tsugaru became more isolated, less social, avoided social situations. He spent alot of time writing in his personal scrolls and thinking. He started dressing in darker clothing, and wore a symbol for Love on his shirt.

Tsugaru Had crafted two swords that resembled machetes, and named them the blades of chaos. He wore these blades on his back at all times, adding an even darker image to him. Whats more, Is in the portrait of him and Akira, The demon mask is a mask resembling the face of Legion. He started wearing the mask at times aswell.

Dark times lay ahead for Tsugaru.

Clan History:
The Soutetchi clan originates from Sunagakure, but had left there in times of economic hardship generations ago.
Since then, and for about 170 years, the Soutetchi clan has been a wandering caravan consisting of people with varied skills, the two most influential being Scroll making and Blacksmithing.
The clan settled down in the Rock village after being offered a weapons shop and a considerably good deal on a plot of land.
The true story originates with Soutetchi Toushiro, the son of a local blacksmith.
Although he was known as Toushiro in the days he lived.
He discovered his raiton abilities whilst training for the second great ninja war.
He was only 16 at the time, but using his newfound abilities he returned a war hero for Sunagakure.
He married and had several children with this ability, they were strong and brought good fortune to the Soutetchi name.
They grew, married and bred as most do, and the line goes onwards, stretching to modern time.
The Soutetchi lineage can be traced exactly, counting every member to Toushiro.
After the last Great Ninja war had ended, Sunagakure was in great debt.
The Soutetchi clan could no longer afford to stay in the buisiness of Blacksmithing and Scroll making, so they packed up and left, traveling the ninja worlds for decades, settling down for a few months, selling their trades and then packing up for the next village.
The clan had just settled in the rock village when its childless leader died of old age.
His nephew Soutetchi Dairu had taken the role of leader after his passing, Dairu soon after dispanded the Soutetchi council and advisors, relying only on his younger brother Tsugaru for help and advising, "My brother contains more knowledge then all of you babbling geasers put together." Was his only explanation.
