Server update.

[Tsugaru]

The server will be completely reset soon.
New Jounins, New Chuunins, Partially new system.
Complete reset.

The new system will be similar to the judgement NRP system.
It will be based off clans, there will be 2-3.
There will be two Starting clans with one spot open for applications.
Both starting clans will start with NO leaders, the leader spots will also be open for applications.
The new system will work like this:
Same ranking procedures, But everyone will start as Genin to be more included in the RP scenario.
There will be two Jounins, And two Genin teams with them.
Chuunins will be recognized as advanced Genin, still a part of their genin teams.
There will be Chuunin exams once every two weeks.


As for Kage,
There will be none.
The village will be run by a clan-council.
The three clan leaders will meet together once a week and make vital decisions on the village.
Clans will also be obligated to run an Organization,
For example Uchiha was the Police force, Inuzuka the animal control.
That type of thing.

The jutsu list will be redone, and Some admins may be replaced.
WARNING.
If you are inactive with no excuse, you face the possibility of being replaced IG.
