Kamouri Arkay

Name: Kamouri Arkay.

Age: Unknown (Speculated to be 23).

Rank: Missing-Nin SS.

Status: Currently living near the Rock village.

Clan: Kamouri.

Biography: Not much to tell about Arkay's childhood, and what there is to tell, has already been told by his two old friends: Tsugaru and Izuna.
After Arkay had left the village along with his sister, Kamouri Naiko, they wandered about, 'till they came to the village of Amegakure. They settled there for a while, observing the villagers.
It was boring doing nothing, so they decided to enter the village, kind of let down by the village's lack of guards, they easily got in without having to fight.
This village seemed.. Interesting in some sort, much more activity than their former village.
They stayed there for half a year, until things got boring again. So they also left that village..
After traveling fom village to village for a year and a half, Arkay went back to pay a little "Visit" to his old friends, Naiko rested outside the border of the village meanwhile.
Arkay was standing on the gate, looking at his former village, then he began to move, he attacked the village.
His attack was fought off, but the village had lost 23 people, including shinobi and civillians.
The years went by as Arkay and his sister traveled around, became stronger and more known as infamous criminals.
Not much to tell about those years, as it's not known what they traveled around for.
Arkay has now come back to the village, for reasons unknown.

This might not be his appearance as the kid seemed quite frightned, but rather close.
