Bio: 13 years ago Ikari woke as a new born baby in a dark ally within the Sand Village. His parents deserted him as a baby for reasons that he does not know and searches for everyday. He lay and cried day after day for a couple weeks and was at the brink of death when an old lady found him and nurtured him back to life. She continued to take care of him for a couple years until the age of 5, when he started to show signs of a bloodline technique within him. Seeing this bloodline technique within the small child scared her greatly due to horrors from her past and she cast him out of her house and heart. From there Ikari lived in the streets of the village eating anything he could find to stay alive and doing whatever he could to find out the truth about his family. He continued to live on the streets of the village till the age of 9 when he decided it was time to leave the Sand Village behind him. He traveled about the lands for a year, visiting many different villages and going across huge countries. He kept to himself during that year but it was unavoidable as a traveler to run into people. He become very skilled in hand to hand combat due to these constant attacks and defeats but it also revealed more about his bloodline technique. Whenever during a fight or not, Ikari became extremely angry and full of rage his eyes would buldge and go all white enabling him to see far distances and fuzzy light blue lines going through the bodies of his enemies. He grew to fear his rage and its mysterious affects it had on his body. His fear of these uncontrollable occurrences led him to meditation to control his anger for he could not control his Doujutsu. Soon after getting a grip on his rage he met an old blacksmith and master swordsman named Raikou Shimizu. Shimizu spent his life training in the art of swordsmanship and was a very accomplished blacksmith. Ikari stayed with Shimizu for 2 years training with him and learning the way of the sword until he was just as good as Shimizu, for although he didnt have a proper childhood he was very adept to learning new things. Before Ikari set off again to travel the lands Shimizu decided that Ikari needed a good sword to match his skills and so he forged an amazing sword for him and named it White Gamon. Ikari accepted the sword and went on his way, continued to become stronger and still searching for the truth of his long lost family. He traveled from Shimizu's hut the closest village he could find, which turned out to be the well known Rock Village. Here he decided to join the Shinnobi Academy in hopes to learn Ninjutsu and train his Doujutsu, possible giving him abnormal Genjutsu powers and become an even stronger foe,however he didnt even know a single handsign. Now as a 13 year old Academy Student he lives in the Rock Village trying to become stronger and still searches for his long lost family...

Bloodline Technique: Basically a form of Byakugan with possible genjutsu abilities, a bridge between Sharingan and Byakugan but obviously doesnt have all the powers of each for OP reasons.
