NRP got Rasengan Chidori and such but I've never seen Raikiri. Kakashi Hatake is the user of Raikiri It looks a lot like Chidori but It's not the same.

Kakashi gathers chakra in his hand to create the Raikiri then running right in the enemy to leave them wounded or dead.
I suppose many of you know what Raikiri is since you play NRP. If anyone could make Raikiri it would be wonderful. Everyone shouldn't know Raikiri, I don't wanna see students and low ranked ninjas use it. Jounin and higher rank should be able to use it since Kakashi is a Jounin.

Not really. It's Kakashi's own jutsu. Only Kakashi can use it no-one else not even the Uchiha clan. Even though their Chidori looks the same. Kakashi can cut through lightning with Raikiri. The Raikiri takes much more Chakra and more Chakra control.

Raikiri...short explained

Raikiri was created by Kakashi hatake himself. He gave it the nickname Chidori due to the 1000 Birds Chirping like sound...
The actual name for using Raikiri as Kakashis move is that he combinded the scared blade of the Hatake-Clan wich Sakumo Katake gave Kakashi with the actuall "Chirodri" the result was that he learned to cut real Lightningbolts with it wich is nearly impossible.

The name Raikiri is just the version of Kakashi he uses it as Blade.
Sasuke "now" the master of CHIDORI is using it like a penetrating Technique, but he mastered to modify the Technique like 8 Times
(Chirodi-Senbon, Nagashi, Shuriken etc.)

Kakashis Raikiri was never modified
(well only in the game as Raikiri Issei.)

Actualy, Chidori is also by Kakashi.
It's first name was "Lightning Blade" and in Japanese "Raikiri" But after the sound, a sound of thousand birds flying against you; it got the name Thousand Birds and in Japanese (Chidori)

But Well, Kazu is a bit right in what he is saying Raikiri, is the same as Chidori but it's known as a stronger and more powerful version of Chidori. Because Kakashi names it the original name then he uses all powers in his Chidori/Raikiri

Aswell, 1 Question:
How can people learn Raikiri/Chidori without getting a relation to Kakashi and/or Sasuke? As we almost all know the Raikiri/Chidori was Kakashi's own jutsu made of him self. (Just as a detail question; this dosen't matter if you're not answering)
