What you guys need to do is, come up with a new/updated roleplay concept. Come up with ideas on what to do besides train and chat with the other villagers. Events are always good, but they only happen at specific times. You would also probably need atleast an average scripter to script new RP functions.

EXAMPLE: Set up families and hungersystem in wich people need to go gather resources from specific spot on maps (fields etc) where they type a specific command. A chance to harvest fruits or resources are 25% with a 30 seconds cooldown. If succesful you get an item to your inventory and when you have enough, someone (people who have been chosen as a family cook) can turn these fruits and resources into food and meal for everyone to eat.

Yes, some RPG elements could be came up with, and also some new ideas on how to add roleplay, I dont have a good example right now outta my mind but im sure someone with enough time can come up with something.

All in all, if not yet, you atleast need an inventory mod and doormod to lock doors and get house keys. This could allow everyone or each family/clan a personal house without a hassle with doorbuttons + leaving the place entirely open when you leave.

This could work, though we have a very small playerbase at the moment.
We need a reunion, a massive one.
But in doing this, we would require a new map, preferably the one Shoon has been working on, and was supposed to be done by christmas.
Anyways, New map, Possible new RP concepts,
New Storyline,
The works.

And to build, and fix what Izuna was saying,
The family Idea could be built into the Clan system.
In each family there could be a
Cook,
Intellectual( The smart one. )
A Manual-Laborer(The one who harvests the crops and such)
And a Medic / Doctor.
Not medicinist or whatever he said, lawl.

These Family Jobs could also build into the actual Ranking system.
For instance, the Doctor of the family would obviously be trained or experienced with medicines and such,
So this person would most likely take on a career of a Med-Nin.
The intellectual could take on a leadership role in the village, Jounin, Possibly Kage would be a good example.
