Hiiton - Light Release

Name: Hiiton - Light Release

Describtion: The light release technique is an new developed Element by Kazuma Fuudai, durring his Training-Phase leaving the Village now and then when there was time.
The Light release is done by using Hyouton(Ice Release) to create Mirrors, then by using Raiton Fuudai creates a lightspeed shining bolt that gets duplicated and also powered up due to the relections on the mirror. The idea is to create a new and maybe also more powerfull style of the Lightning Element.
Side info: This sounds OP at the first because its like Fuudai is using 3 Elements or 4 by taking Hyouton as actuall Element. But I will solve the problem somehow to make it balanced, more info to that in the Hystory.

Jutsus:

Hii Bunshin no Jutsu
Light Replication Jutsu

Range: Close

Usage: The user prepares a hidden Replication of himself using a simple Bunshin no Jutsu. When the enemie strikes the Bunshin or the user executes a seal. The normal Bunshin morphes into a Light-bomb wich makes the enemie go blind for a short time. Also this Jutsu is able to disable the Kage-Bunshin Technique or backwards.

Hiiton: Furasshu Doumeihigyou
Light Release: Flash Strike

Range: Wide

Usage: The Jutsu is just a tool to stop the enemy from moving for a second, wich also explains that this jutsu is not doing any Damage. The user creates a little Ice-Mirror on the Hand and executes a little lightningbolt with the other and shoots it directly through the Mirror to make it bright.
Just by seeing the brightness the enemy closes his eyes for a moment.

Hiiton: Ryouiki Genwaku
Light Release: Area Brightness

Range: Close

Usage: This is the close-ranged version of the Flash Strike. This time the user creates a circle of Mirrors and lets the single bolt getting relected to create a Light-Dome. This Jutsu is usefull to escape from a fight as example.

Hiiton: Kyousou Shinyuu
Light Release: Penetrating Flash

Range: Wide

Usage: This is the one of the two Damage-Techniques of the Light Release. This time the user shoots out a Nature-Chakra manipulated Lightningbolt trough the Icemirror wich dublicates/doubles the damage of the actuall Raiton-Jutsu. Also the speed gets increased. A Jounin can merely dodge this Technique when the user is aiming perfectly.

Hiijutsu, Hiiton-Ougi: Akarui Engai Izayoi
Secret Technique, Light Release: 10-Points Light Reflection-Strike

Range: Close

Usage: This is the 2nd Attack-Form of the Light Release. The user creates a Arena-like ring arround himself using Ice-Mirrors. By modifying the density of the ice to a low grade the mirrors getting almost invisible. Now the user just has to shoot a bolt of lightning in a 25° ankle towards a Mirror and the enemies arround him get striked multiple times due to the reflection-circulation. This is a risky Jutsu since the user himself can get hit when he cant hold the ankle of 25° degree.

In the story will be a negative affect that the Light-Chakra will overtake the Ice-Chakra wich will cause that Fuudai will loose all Hyouton-Abilities and some of his beloved Water-Techniques X.x
